The 'Classic' restaurant at the four star Victorian Belmore Hotel, nominated by the AA as hotel of the year, is the place for fine dining in Cheshire. It overlooks the Victorian lawned gardens and in the summer you can dine al fresco by candlelight on the terrace. Delicious food, served with loving care - everything is made on the premises including home made bread and petit fours.What's cooking? Wayne Hatenboer's signature dishes include: ravioli of sweet tailed lobster seared truffle and artichoke veloute, smooth parfait of liver and foie gras with a sweet Madeira jelly and pear chutney, seared fillet of seabass and scallops set in ragout of spring vegetables.
