The Maitre Chef des Cuisines at the Savoy is the renowned Georg Fuchs, and he devisessuperb menus from morning coffee to late-night brandies and everything inbetween. Dishes may include starter of warm salad of lemon sole fillet with a tomato and tarragon dip, main course of fillet of lamb in a puffpastry crust with roast potatoes and spinach puree glazed with cheese, followed by pudding of red wine poached pear gratinated with burnt orange ice cream, the Savoy's own blend of coffee and perfect petit fours. Thewine cellars at the Savoy are exceptional and the service second to none.
