Converted from three Victorian terrace houses, the Notting Hill Brasserie is a homely neighbourhood restaurant during the week, when local residents and celebrities feel blissfully at home amongst the modern African art, the luxurious custom-made armchairs, classical décor, the subtle lighting and the nightly live blues and jazz in the cocktail bar that filters gently through to the restaurant. They're also rather partial to the extensive classic and exotic cocktail list, served by talented and charming mixologists, and the very high quality modern Mediterranean menu. In a mouthful, the sautéed scallops and the beef roasted in a salt crust are what the Notting Hill Brasserie is all about. At weekends it becomes more of a destination restaurant attracting discerning individuals who appreciate the genuine occasion so impeccably provided here. Everything is just (perfectly) so - the décor, the atmosphere, the staff, the food and drink, the location - nothing has been left to chance. The result? A genuinely special place that effortlessly makes you feel pretty special too.

Notting Hill Brasserie has two private dining rooms; the Board Room seats up to 12, the larger bay-windowed Club Room seats up to 30. Both rooms can be joined together to seat a max of 46, or 75 people can be entertained more informally with drinks and canapés with no hire charge for either. Although frequently used for fashion and showbiz product launches, corporate events and private parties - its off the beaten track location means many a celebrity and media PA has the Notting Hill Brasserie on speed dial. Joan Collins, for example, chose to celebrate her most recent hen night here. You can hire the private dining rooms or indeed the entire Brasserie for any type of event you like. Pick whatever you fancy most from the party menu, or discuss your own culinary ideas with the chef. Rest assured you and your guests will be attended to by charming, impeccably professional staff who visibly enjoy their job. Miguel loves serving tables here so much that he's been doing just that for over 25 years.
